been awhile since i posted on here. over last winter i removed the powerglide transmission and went back to a stick shift. it fought me some going back to a stick and i been so busy so i havent dedicated the time to the track lately. 4th time out tho it went a crappy 1.46 60' but still went a 8.60 @172. the stick shift is super fun and drives good on the street. it now has a liberty faceplate t56 magnum with a ram single sintered iron adjustable long arm clutch. next spring gonna try it again and hopefully knock down that 60' a bunch with proper double adjustable coilovers. i did attend street car take over in indy, went to finals in stick shift class and did pretty well in king of the bakery roll racing.

THAT’S rowing the gears! That’s one mighty beast there. Next year will be interesting as you push it just a bit more.
