Tubular K and LT Header Q's?

So I'm able to get a brand new set of BBK LT Chrome headers locally for $350 new in the box, and so tempting of a deal to pass up. I'll have to fab the down pipes to my bassani off road X. If I get these I'd drop in a BMR tubular K with spring perches to use the stock suspension setup. I know the BBK are not ideal due to the trans removal issue but I'll be doing a clutch and flywheel this winter before the header install. Done a few searches, but if trans is needed to be removed can you loosen up the headers enough with tubular K that K and headers will not need fully removed?
