I guess Ford does that on purpose, saves on warranty claims if they keep the power back a bit.
OP and yourself, those are great gains from a tune alone.
A 2013/14 stock GT500 put down 568rwhp SAE on a dynojet after my 2013 take-off TVS swapped (no other mods) 2011 GT500 laid down 590rwhp SAE.
I know with the extra displacement and compression Ford had to be holding back power on the tune.
