tuning for a new TB

reading through lasoto's tuning guide it seems to be a complex procedure to calibrate for a new ETC throttle body... for example a gt500 dual port TB on a 2012 boss... with a cobra jet manifold.

what is the concensus, can it be done with the PRP?

If you have the Drive by Wire section with the options to adjust the values for Effective Throttle Area and Open Loop Feed Forward you should be able to adjust for this. If you don't have access to them then unfortunately you wouldn't be able to adjust for the new TB. You would need those values to have the TB function properly.
