I saw this a while ago. It's built for GT's and NA cobras. Haven't called them, but it will probably require fairly extensive customization (piping, intake, etc.) for the 03. That I know of, no one is actually installing turbos on the 03 yet, though X2C and Pro Turbo have it mostly fabbed up.
