turbo trouble

Ok, so purchased a car off this site about a month back everything seemd great except it ran real rich. So i took it to fast lane motor-sports in NC and basically they told me that they couldn't get it to use the tune they where trying to flash it with. it has a SCT chip in it and they told me that they tried to take the chip out and flash it with a unlocked xcal and nothing happened the car is on 16lbs and made 570 on a 93 tune any one have any idea why it wont hold a tune?

I agree. I also had this issue and had to take it to the stealership and get the PCM set back to stock, but if they can't you will need a new PCM.

I had a similar problem. pCM was fried. Just get one off eBay.

i need to get this fixed i have been getting beat up on by a GTO that makes 450 to the wheels i think im going to just replace the pcm

Why didn't they burn the tune to the chip? It has 5 slots.

they said that the ecu wouldn't use the tune and they had no idea what could be wrong with the car im starting to think that they didn't evan give it a good try
