TVS 82mm and 13 lbs boost?

I'm considering buying a 5.0 that has a TVS with an 82mm pulley, CAI, headers, and high flow cats, and VMP tune. On that pulley it dyno'd 630 rwhp at 13lbs. I have a couple of questions. Is 13 lbs of boost high for that size pulley? Maybe the cats are causing the boost to increase? From what I read I don't need to worry about the hp being unsafe, but is 13 lbs high on stock internals?

I worked on a roush stg3 a couple months ago. It had about the same mods as yours but with no cats and a 79mm pulley. We didn't dyno it, but it only made 9.5lbs. lund tuned

Its high especially with headers and the exhaust since it flows it lowers the boost. Id say it might see 9-10lbs max.

Maybe the cats are stopped up or melted?

I'm on full stock exhaust with my tvs on an 85 and i'm only at 8lbs. Everyone seems to be around 9.5ish with the 82. Seems high

Check the pulley with a caliper (on top of ribs without belt and add 3mm). Sounds more like a 72mm or 75mm... You shouldn't really go over 11psi on a stock motor. Like everyone else said, 82's are usually around 9.5.

Im running an 82mm and see 10lbs and 10.5 in this weather.

just depends on what your tuner has it set at, i think they can control that in the tune im running a 82mm with roush CAI and on a very cold day maybe see 9. Normally see 8-8.5

What are you guys trapping on the 82mm pulley on 93 and what kind of times are people running with stick cars? I'm going down from the 85 here soon

In the 1/8th I was right at 100mph give or take 2 mph.

I get 12 lbs with a 75 and stockish air box. 105 mph in the 1/8.
