Okay guys what do you think and what have you heard about this option? The Vortech Twin-Screw??? I am planning for a whipple but always like to review other products.... They say it is available for the 03/04 Cobra in the mustang monthly article.

Here is a link I found: Vortech Superchargers

probably nothing at all wrong with it, just hasn't been done yet that I know of. Do it and let us know how it turns out :)

I emailed Frank @ Vortech a few weeks back, and he said they were still in the prototyping it and checking things out on their shop car, and should possibly be ready to release them to the public mid summer.

I'm anxiously awaiting for them!:dancenana:

Cool, I live about a hour and a half away from the shop and I am offering my car up for testing... I will wait and see what they say. I definitely will wait for more info... I like the fact that I live close to the shop...

It's a new updated Lysholm, which is the company who used to make the Whipples.
Correct!

Look at the first Whipples. W2300's.

Nothing new as far as technology though. I wouldn't expect anything more that what's out there already. The only thing would be price which has yet to be determined.

Lysholm is the company that could not cut it and almost put whipple out of business. Whipple was smart and dumped them. So how long till the **** over Vortech. Its old technology with a new sticker. If you want a Vortech save your money and buy a Whipple made in 2005 they are the same.
