Twin Turbo 5.4 DOHC Mystichrome SOLD!

:nonono: This breaks my heart, but I'm considering selling my Cobra to pay off my wife's credit card debt and back taxes she's been racking up the last couple of years without me knowing about it.

The car's in amazing shape. I've drive it on tons of 100 mile round trips and it's always a pleasure. There's maybe 10,700 miles on it. Air conditioner, cruise, radio, everything works beautifully. Of course, it featured in the March '09 edition of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords...turns heads everywhere, draws big crowds at racing events/car shows/gas stations, etc...gets "I tell you what...if I ever drove a Ford, that right there would be it!" compliments from all the Chevy guys...ah man, this is killin' me :cryying:

I'm asking $40,000 OBO I've got so much invested in this car, it's not even funny, but I never dreamed I'd actually ever sell it.

It's a THP kit. Twin Precision 67mm T-4's. 3" exhaust from the downpipes to the tailpipes.

I drive it around on pump gas @ 10psi. That's right around 680hp. I've kicked it up to 17 psi a few times (around 800-850hp). It did 900hp @ 19psi and started blowing out the spark, over 20psi.

The only time I took it to the Amarillo Dragway, I ran it on the 19" Nitto Invos to the tune of a 2.0 60' and a 12.0 @ 128mph in 6500' air. That was just at 10psi. The only gear it stayed hooking was 4th.

Oh...everytime I boosted past 10psi, I had a 50/50 mix of premium 91 octane and 109 unleaded, as per my tuner's instructions at Boost Performance, there in Amarillo, TX.
