Two stepping with stock ECU...

Is it possible to put a "two step" on a stock ECU.

What mods would I need to put a two step on my car?

as far as i know, only the 99+ ecu support it. all you need is a chip or a tweecer/pms.... all it is is a "neutral rev limiter" setting....

Yea I know what it is and all, just wasn't sure if my ECU would support it...
