Does anyone have any direct results for an improved 60ft from installing a UCA mount?

What kind of car is this on? By your reference to one UCA, I am understanding this to be an S197
Do you still have your stock upper? If so, it is not worth doing the mount by itself. The mount will change the angle of the upper arm. This is good for traction, but your stock arm is fixed length, and changing the mounting position will also change your pinion angle, which can cause driveline vibrations.
You are better to do the upper and mount together. With that, we have seen improvements of 2-3 tenths on the 60'
