Is there an easy way to eliminate some of the understeer that our cars have?I'm thinking maybe a front or ear sway bar change.

If yours is suffering from significant understeer, I would check the obvious stuff first, particularly front end camber. It needs to be checked by a pro shop, a lot of shops don't do alignments very carefully. Maybe your neighbor Mario can have his shop check it out for you.
