the 3000 dose not come with any tunes

the 3015 comes with 3 base tunes

i can make custom tunes on a 3000 though correct? and same tuner besides that right?

Correct, the x3 3000 is custom tune only. The sf3 3015 has three preloaded tunes and can hold three custom tunes as well
