Back to track today hoping for the best but left a little disapointed.

1.613/7.327/11.427/126.477
1.610/7.275/11.372/126.299
1.632/7.272/11.350/126.839
1.603/7.252/11.349/126.921

My 60' were a little better than last week but no 1.57's like last fall. Here are my thoughts on what has happened:
Temperatures are 12-15 degrees warmer than last fall.
Humidity is very low (23%) compared to last fall by about 1/2.
The extra 80# added by the 6pt roll-bar has slowed ET's but not MPH?
Bad news
average 60' are .033 higher than last falls average
1/8 mile times are .057 higher than last falls average
1/4 mile times are .079 higher than last falls average
Good news
MPH is .647 higher than last falls average.

I guess it is time to add my JLT CFI as the temps are getting warmer so beating last seasons 11.25 @ 126mph without adding any power in these conditions looks impossible.

I just realized you added over the top stripes on your vert. Looks good.

Could the stripes be slowing you down? :-D

Now go install the rest of your mods and give us the results! A couple of degrees absolutley changes the way my car runs and now with summer closing in the temps will not be down anytime soon. :bored:

I was thinking that the strips could be the problem also I had the interior dyed to match the grabber orange (seat inserts & door panels) so at this point I am willing to blame my traction woes on anything.consistent but that I guess I will slap on the JLT CFI along with the tune from Evolution although I won't be able to get back to the track for a couple of weeks.
