I used these on my 04 Cobra engine with a 2.9 whipple so there was some minor shaving done in the area that sits under the intake inlet, this was not visible when installed on the 04 Cobra motor and I don't believe it will be visible when installed on a 99/01 Cobra or 03/04 Mach 1 engine. $200 plus shipping and paypal fees.
