Using 2 different tuning Softwares

Currently I have a Sniper tune in my 03 Cobra, I want to pulley my car, but the shop I am going to uses SCT software.

My question is can the shop tune my car with SCT Software even though I have a Sniper tune in or do I have to go back to the original place I got my car tuned and return it to stock?

Your shop can only tune in one software? You may want to find another shop. Do you have a hand held tuner? If you have a Sniper hand held than you will need to load a sniper tune. You should be able to flash over your sniper tune but not sure on that.

yes..but you will have to buy an SCT XCAL3
