Went thru an EGR delete a couple weeks ago and just recently went to the Dyno. Seems the fuel pressure is all of a sudden inadequate and she goes VERY lean on WOT. The fuel pressure seems to spike and then drop off at WOT. I've replaced the filter (to Navigator style) with no change apparent. I'm running twin Walbros (255's) w/60# injectors. Funny thing is that she was running Damn good and dynoed well prior to the EGR thing. This leads me to believe that I probably screwed up a vacuum line diconnect/reconnect when I finished up, so this is where I believe I need some expert guidance.
So here goes........... After following the EGR delete in "How to" I had three Vac lines left. I took out the PINK that went to the Boost Actuator. (That's ONE) In it's place I connected the left over RED line(from the Pass. side of the blower) to the Boost Actuator (That's TWO). The third line is BLACK and I simply plugged that line (This Black line originates below the blower on the Drivers side at the same connection as the line that goes to the Press. Reg. on the Fuel Rail). That's THREE. Did I misconnect something? Another problem that has surfaced is stalling... backfiring.... hesitating from a hole shot!!! What have I done??? Thanks, Jack

Im going to guess here that you also did away with all the gear for the boost bypass valve correct? If so this is how I did mine and I havent had a problem in a long time.

From the passenger side of the intake there are three lines.
1) Black one goes to the vacuum box behind battery. That stays there in place.
2) Red one goes to the Fuel Evap Solenoid thing on firewall drivers side. That can stay there.
3) 2nd Red line that goes to the bottom line input of the EGR solenoid, that gets removed and the hole in the intake blocked off. You can use a screw that is larger than the hole in the fitting to close it off.

Now on the drivers side is where it gets tricky.

If you removed everything (egr, boostbypass) then you should be left with only the following lines.

1) From the drivers side of the manifold just under to the right of the supercharger you will see a boot with two lines coming out of it. One goes to the FPR, the other to your boost gauge (or a tee fitting if you have one).
2) You will have another line coming from the bottom of your boost bypass valve to the bottom of the intake boot before the throttle body.
3) From the top of the boost bypass valve you will have another line that I connected to the T for the boost gauge.

You will also need a vacuum cap for the other line that you took off behind the battery.

This is how I have mine now and I have no issues.
I can take a few pics and send them to you but It will have to wait till tomorrow afternoon. PM me your email address and I can send it your way.

I also took off the red vacuum line that goes to the evap solenoid on the firewall just to clean it up even more.

Well, no matter what you disconnected or plugged you need a line from the pressure side of the blower to the FPR. This will be one of the lines at the bottom of the blower on the driver's side. It will be the same line source as for your boost gauge.

Will post what I find,,,thanks tman

the red line coming from the midplate goes to the FPR.
THe black line coming from the midplate goes to the boost gauge.
