I'm cleaning up some odds and ends on this car (just bought it) getting ready for a tune and was wondering if anyone knows what these 2 capped vacuum lines are and if they're supposed to be capped (2 blue caps on top on valve cover)

Hard to tell from the pic, but when you add a KB the stock line going to the fuel pressure sensor and one of the lines going to the old eaton bypass are capped or eliminated. That's what those look like.
