So I posted up a bit about my install of the V1 wiring kit, but don't have a good solution for a better mount than the stock suction cups yet. How does everyone else have their radar detector mounted? Looking for some inspirational pics.

They make a kit (mount) that hooks up to the bottom of the review mirror. There really aren't a whole lot of places to mount a V1 because of it's 360* coverage ability. I love mine, but I agree that the suction cups kinda suck
A friend of mine got the rear view mirror mount and it is very clean. However I feel that it is just to easy for thieves to see. I wired mine and put it high on the windshield and take it down when the car is parked outside and wipe away the tell tale suction cup marks. Had one stolen once and don't intend for it to happen again.
