Valve Body & power valve ?

i am looking at getting a new JL valve body (with the deep sump pan) and i was also looking at the JLP accumulator power valve. my question is, is it worth getting both of those items, what do both of them do, and can they be used together/what are the advantages/disadvantages of them together.

i know that it is a lot of questions, but i am still learning and this is the only place to ask.

i got the Stage 1 valve body and B&M deep sump LFP Cant beat the price and love the shifts"not to hard and not to soft..... right in the middle"
