Hey guys I have looked high and low and just about everywhere too try and find the Ford Racing blue valve covers for my 04 vert no luck at all!

Yea I would just get them Power coat them. Not sure where you can buy them from/ if they are still being sold. It'll look good when done

Yes, they have been discontinued. I looked for a set last year and ended up having a set coated.

I'm going to echo what SLPRCTM said, just so you know. After a many many phone calls last year, I can positively tell you that no one is actively making these for our cars anymore. You may find a set on EBay that someone bought a few years back, but, you're gonna cry if you pay what I've seen those go for. Only option is to find you a good powder coat guy and get it one there. Hope this helps you from wasting time calling everyone and his brother like I did last year.
