What do you guys think would be the best valve seals to use in the 03 04 cobra heads ? I have read some guys have used the felpro ones, what have others used ?

I would say go with the Felpros. The stock guides measure about .495" outside diameter, the viton seals that many sell measure about .490-.495" inside diameter, while the Felpros measure .460" so they fit much tighter on the guide to prevent leaks.
My freshly rebuilt passenger side head had Viton seals installed and the seals leaked almost right off the bat. I've since replaced all the seals in that head with Felpros and so far no smoke.

I don't, the valve seals I used came in the head gasket change set I bought from Summit. Here is the kit I used.
