Is anyone still having problems with the cam solinoid o-ring still leaking oil? Well mine is after being in the shop 3 times to be fixed. Not sure if its the o-ring or maybe the opening in the head either has a nick or is out of round. Tell me what you think.

Oh buy the way my warrenty just ran out also.

Are you talking about the cam position sensor on top of the head under the spark plug cover to your left as you look at the motor?

Yes that the one.

Upon futher inspection I noticed that it may be leaking from the solenoid itself.

I noticed today also that mine is leaking around the CPS. I went to several local part stores but to no avail, it looks like I'm going to the dealer Mond. morn.

Are there any aftermarket plugs/ ngk, etc that work better than stock? Mine are in dire need of replacing and the only place I can get the motorcraft ones besides the dealer are like 10-12 bucks a piece.

Plugs for N/A - lots of guys are using Motorcraft AZFS22C copper plugs. They work great, but will have to be changed out more often. You'll have to order a set online @ FocusSport or some other place like that.

Thanks man, everywhere I've checked, even the SVT dealer here has to order them.
