[QUOTE="thomas91169, post: 11017931, member: 40530"] Only graphically speaking. And I realized uber awesome graphics cant help a shitty game. You can polish a turd and in the end its still a turd. lol your name precedes you, been around much? Im an ex-pc gamer, and up until recently I used to be the one on this site that talked down on consoles. Then I picked one up and aside from downloading games to try them out before buying them on console, my gaming rig plays pretty much nothing but older titles (DiRT, GRiD, and Tie Fighter to name a few, and yes, Ive gotten Tie Fighter Collectors CDROM to work in Win7, with a 360 controller mapped out to it = winning). Console multiplayer > PC multiplayer by like, a ****tonne. No finding servers filled with hackers, just log in and play against anyone. If PC gaming isnt dying, tell me why most of the most popular devs are straying away from creating a PC version? I really wanted the damn Nascar: The Game to come to PC, but nope, the developer stated they had no intent to ever build a game thats easily pirated/hacked, why waste money and get little profits? If PC gaming isnt dying, tell me why Best Buy puts all the console games in the MIDDLE of the freaking store with 3-4 aisles devoted, while all the PC games are in the back corner with half a shelf...... If PC gaming isnt dying, tell me why all the titles that do have support on all 3 major platforms (360, PS3, PC) devote their attention to the consoles first, then kinda half-ass make a PC version? Its because theres jack shit in profits in PC gaming as compared to console gaming, and with the ease of piracy its only getting worse for dev's to justify a PC version. Not saying I agree with it, id love to go back to PC gaming, but the only pro being graphics isnt enough to justify spending $1k on a rig to play the same games with no multiplayer (****ing hacked .exe's are pita to get to work properly with mutiplayer), and I started feeling like a 16yo ubernerd lugging my case and monitor around to 8-10 people LAN parties fueled with virgins (both young and old) trying to fit into some scene fueled by Bawls and the latest ThinkGeek paraphernalia. Just about as uncool as they get. Why do all that work when I can go from having sexeh time with the GF to jumping online into a 16 person epic groundwar having to lug around no case and still chilling in my boxers with wang halfway draped out from the comfort of my own living room?
