Is VMP ever going to create a 2.3 TVS with EGR? I ask because I am dying to get a TVS but I know for a fact that my car will not pass inspection in MA. I want to slap the person who made emissions so strict. :fm:

Sorry for the dumb question but on the Roush website it's showing that the kit is CARB approved. So why all the fuss about the EGR? I'm in CA so it should pass smog, right?

The later cars (05+) don't have EGR. It's set up through the variable cams.
