My issue relates to the voltage reading I am getting from both my scan tool and obdII plug in gauge. Both are displaying low 12's for volts when the car is under load (AC on, radio, headlights, brake lights). However, when I have the alternator load tested it does not show anything under 13.3 under load. Has anyone seen a lower reading from the obdII port for voltage that what the battery is actually seeing?
My concern is my fuel pumps getting enough voltage to fuel the vehicle properly under load.
Vehicle is an 03 cobra, has the billet flow idler set with the larger alternator pulley to offset for overspinning.
Any thoughts are appreciated!
