How would you use it? My tunes from those days were burned on chips and are binary files? I have thousands but they are for my MAF and combo. Any tune I gave you would be off for sure.

ok you said that you used to tune other peoples cars so I thought maybe you tuned with severarl different devices. Ill be using a SCT x3.

I see. I didn't use X3 when I tuned. It didn't exist at the time.

I made 496 rwhp with almost those exact mods. I also run cats and my IMRCs. I think I was running the 3.33" then. I went down to the 3.25" and fought belt slip so didn't make much more power.

So would you say the 3.33 pulley is the Max for a 6 Rib setup?

No - I think a 3.25 will still work for you but you need to have an IC that flows well. Mine became a cork at that point. Smaller than 3.25 is going to be challenging.
