Mobil 1 5W20 - with either a FRPP or Motorcraft filter. Change it every 5k on the Raptor / 6'er and every 6 months on the GT. Great stuff and when I get the Oil tested it always comes back great.

I used to run Royal Purple, but about 10 yrs ago it became harder to find locally so I switched.

Mobil 1 extended performance 5w/30. Like stated above $25 for 5 quarts and about $9 for a 6th is hard to beat. Run this with a motocraft filter. Did my last change at 5,000 and the oil looked great. It has a 15,000 mile guarantee, but for the price I can't see myself going above 7,500 tops.
