I think he wants high mileage to keep the cost down.
You bring up a good point and it’s probably a matter of opinion. Mine has 90k on the clock and I would consider that to be high mileage even though for any “ regular” 20 year old car it’s not.
Where does “high mileage” begin? Serious question looking for peoples opinions on it.
Most importantly, what does OP consider high mileage?

I think it depends on the car tbh. I've see 100k mile cars that were in fantastic shape and 20k mile cars that were shit boxes.

But for me, if we have to put a number to it (my criteria)

0-10k=New
10k-19k= New low mileage
20k-30k=Low mileage
30k-50k=Med low
50k-70k=high
70k+= High miles and I'd want to find one that was documented and taken care of.
