ur taking away the habitat for the fishies... ur going to deplete the oceans water supply... and well now we know what to do with the overflow of global warming water from the "ice caps melting" and heh i guess now the price of purified water will go up and the will cut back on the amount of rainfall allowed.. but in a controlled market such at the oil industry.. they wont let water power take over... they and the gov make to much money taxing it... so while yes its a great idea.. it wont make it.
