Water leak?? pics inside

I went over to my friends shop today for an oil change and decided to go with redline 5w 50. After I got home I took a peak under the car to check for leaks about an hour after I got home. Sure enough, I see something dripping slowly and I rush to solve the problem as redline isn't the cheapest thing, and I discover that it is actually water dripping down. It looks to be a drain of sorts, but I has not been raining and it has been 100 deg here today.

Has anyone seen this before? What could it be?
The "leak" is on the Driver's side of the tranny tunnel. You can see the o2 sensor harness as well as the orange tag on the tranny specifying the type of fluid.

Thanks Mike. I figured it had to be something like that. It looked far too purposeful. I just though it was wierd that it was dripping for that long after I had gotten home.

Lol when you see smoke comingfrom the tires when you hit the go pedal and the car isn't moving dont be alarmed!!
