JEFIT is a very good app. Shows motion of the lifts as well, and has a catalog of different ones for each muscle. It's also free!

I use iworkoutlogs. It is very basic, but it was cheap and it works.

I use JEFIT, its good and its free. The only real thing I dont like about is if you do a workout and you dont do a given exercise in the routine you choose the next week it wont show your previous weight~ so that kind of sucks as you have to put 0 for the reps just to keep the weight showing for next time~
