I know this has been talked about alot , but what are the most obvious things to do to reduce weight in these cars, like where could i buy light weight seats?, and a light weight battery?

K-member, A-arms, A/C delete, rear seat delete, fibreglass hood, lightweight wheels, battery relocate, spare delete, sparco racing seats, catless racing exhaust...

There alot of things you can do. First how about some lightwieght rims? If you are racing take the jack and spare tire out. Definitely look into suspension savings. Check out some of the suspension companies like kenny brown. Also you can get a carbon fiber driveshaft, lighter, stronger, safer(it breaks it unravels) and reduces parasitic losses. Even brakes can save you some weight.
