Long story short, I just had to rebuild the short block in my boss 302. We'll I put the motor in with the flywheel and McLeod rxt already bolted on and the bellhousing too. Then put the trans in from the bottom. No hiccups or problems.... but after I started the car there's a slight vibration all the time. Can't really be felt at base idle but you can feel it at anything over 1200rpm or so. In or out of gear.... almost feels like this one time a bolt was left out of a pressure plate on a clutch we swapped (freak accident).
I didn't do the initial install of this clutch or t56 magnum out of the box, it came already installed in the car when I got it. I never remember a vibration before it was torn down..... so my question is, is there a special way to install this clutch? If you get it wrong does it throw the balance off? Any help would be appreciated
