I just picked that up a few weeks ago, I'm about
1/2 way through it:read:...he's right, some of it is a
little dated, but since it goes up through '93,
it still applies for us...
There is a ton of info there...some of it is very
interesting, some is useless. I recommend it just
to get up to speed on what some of the engine
controls are, and how they work...especially
IAC, EGR, thermactor, TPS, MAF, etc, etc...
For example, on DIS cars, I didn't know that the
plugs are fired twice, once for ignition, and
again on the exhaust stroke! It's the little
things ;-)
