I have seen it, heard of it, so I just had to do it egr delete and blower porting also while im in here should change the plugs and thermostat which plugs and thermo should i go with and my only mods would be a 6lber cai also which tuner diablo or granetelli

not hard to get the IC out now. u see the 4 bolts behind the 2 hoses that go into the intercooler? remove those and the 2 hoses and that whole assembly comes out

No prob. Be sure not to set the IC on the ground when you pull it out.
You'll stand the chance of bending the fins.

wow.. i changed my accessory belt today and clean all the pulleys and grease the bearings in them and now my truck is quiet on startup..lol

IC isnt to dirty, but clean it, u will feel a diffrence ...

ur on a roll!!! :)

Dont bother w/ the chilton. I bought one and it sucked. Took it back too.

35ft.lbs. on the supercharger bolts...

look in how-to section under my name.. it will give u a guide of how installing and uninstalling I/C and Supercharger..

how can you torque he intercooler bolts if you torque the blower bolts down first wouldn't you torque down the intercooler bolts first.

Think about it...the blower bolts actually secure the IC. 9 through 12 secures the rear portion only.
