Well my axles are trashed

My axle nut came lose a while ago and i fixed it but i gues it walked itself loos again because it busted up my bearings and caused the axle to move around and grind on the hub. it took a significant amount of metal off and i dont fell that they are structuraly sound anymore. so i got some DSS Level 5's here are some pics of the bad axle and hte new ones.

If the hub was worn I would replace it too!!! At least the replacement killers look way more beefy!!! :thumbsup:

hell ya these new hubs are a pain in the ass. i had to go to ford and get new bearings which were $70 a piece and then have them pressed in. but its almost done now. i just have to go put the axles back in ill take some pics of the finished product

sooo... did you replace the hub also. I know I would. And yeah, at least you have an excuse now to upgrade part of the rear end!! :rockon:

Edit: ok... I see you wrote "new hubs" For some reson I read "new axles" :bash: :bash:

haha ya the new ones are great quality too i cant wait to get some slicks and see what my whipple can do finaly
