went to the track last night, 2013 5.0 6spd, 3.73's bone stock

i wish i had vids but dont. it was nascar nite so they said we can run our personal cars . so when a buddy got there they told him we cant. so i didnt bring my camera. then my buddy was eager about pushing the issue since they told us we can. took 2 hrs for them to let us run. so we did.

heres my car . 2013 5.0 3.73's and 6spd and 19's stock wheels on summer tires. i have no mods so 100% stock.

it was my first time running this car. so be easy on me if you think i did bad. track elevation was 600ft above

NICE 4th run! Your Really Need some tires man, 2.2-2.3 60 ft is NOT Good! Cutting 1.8's or better should be no problem with DR's!

i agree tires would help a lot. being it was the 1st time ever launching the car i had to start somewhere. so i started at 2500 and worked my way up

very good time man, still hard for me to believe that stock gt's are capable of 12's after a few practice runs, bone stock. next time out you'll only get better and better, throw some tires and a intake/tune and you'll be a very solid mid 12 second car.

Your 110 trap is a solid 12.60 if your more efficient to the 330..

Definately tires tires tires. I have never been down a 1320, but our local strip is an 1/8th an I have been down that almost a hundred times. I was trapping the same mph you were in the 1/8th with a 7.9. I was also 60 ft between 1.6 - 1.7. Granted it was an N/A Mustang powered by chopsticks (pushrods), but I bet you pick up .5 with some drags. You guys with these new cars have it easy...2 1/2 seconds faster than us old fox guys from the factory.

Very nice. Definitely get some tires!

Those times are almost exactly what my 03 cobra ran in the quarter with street tires and a catback exhaust. Hard to believe!
