West Coasts quickest Gen2 soon to come? (PICS)...

At FFW this last weekend DMP brought out an old bad boy with new power. This truck has a new aluminum DMP built engine with a KB 2.6 atop. With only 16# and 16* with mild octane this truck was pulling the wheels every pass that it made...

It's best ET was: 10.586 @ 126.44mph with a 1.444 60'

Looks like we might have a very first 9 second run on boost only this year???

pretty sure johnnys a little closer boost only with his street truck with the 2.6 right now... plus 11/18 is the super stallion race and johnny and charlie and a few other guys come out in full force

pretty cool, but there is a L here in Texas in the works that will require wheelie bars when its launched, and weighs 2,600 pounds, thats with driver, BTW thats less than JLP's truck :shrug:
