I may have to replace my clutch soon. What else would you do while everything is apart? I figured I'm going to get a Spec stage 1 clutch kit , 03/04 flywheel, pilot bearing, and a new clutch lever.

Long Tubes, TB and PB, and shifter.
By looking at your mods, I would definitely do the long tubes. Get the Kooks...LOL.

Unless I'm missing something, they are hard to find.

Check your rear main seal while everything is out. If there is any leakage, it's a good time to replace it. Also, don't forget to replace the pilot bearing. While it is a real pain to get the old one out, they do wear out and need replaced when you do the clutch. Resurface the flywheel, too. The other suggestions are good, too, especially the cooling mod.

Well, then I will keep that in mind because I get a PM about once a month asking about it...
The pilot bearing isnt tough at all? You just need the correct tool.. a slide hammer w/adapter.

Shifter, clutch kit, light flywheel, rear main its cheap maight as well now. long tube's cooling mod. urethane mount's. thats all for now.
no need for the special tool...bread and socket FTW...
LDC head coooling mod, I just put one on with the motor out
