Those seats in that ad are local to me and I thought I might try to pick those up off the guy and flip them on here. But I haven't gotten a response.

Nothing shady about brand new seats in the back of a van selling for 1/3 of their retail value.

The passenger seat still has the sticker with VIN on it.

Any idea if they'd mount in the S197 without modification? The chassis aren't that different and share most, if not all, of the hard points, if I'm not mistaken.

They should fit fine in an s197 you may need differant seat rails from recaro though. They sell those seats as an aftermarket option.
