What are my options????

Well I was driving home when my 01 Cobra lost second gear. I drove from 1st-3 and then pulled in to test out the gears. I have 1st,3rd, and 5th. Im assuming its new tranny time so what are my options without going broke. I have a guy who will install it for 300.

Probably a broken shift fork. Should be able to rebuild it for less than the cost of a new trans.

+1 on the clutch fork... its not the end of the world for the tranny..

I want to add a supercharger, so should I just have this one rebuilt and if so, how much am I looking for that?

You say you don't want to go broke but you are talking some serious cash to add a supercharger....

I have a friend who is in a bind and will sell me his kit for 1800. Has 3k miles on it, with a tuner, intercooler, piping.
