what can I change with a tuner?

just to let you all know, I never had a tuner and am looking into buying one but would like to know what I would be able to use the tuner for myself first (or would a shop have to do this type of programming) these things are what I would like done:

-ignore the rear O2 sensors with an off road x pipe

-reprogram the shift light for a different RPM

-have traction control off by default


any input would be appreciated, thanks

Depends on the tuner.I`m using a SCT and can change fan settings,axle/tire sizes,etc.

The newer versions of the programmers do not allow you to turn off the rear o2's, the EPA made them remove that option. You will have to have a tuner write you a custom tune with the o2's turned off on it.
