what do i need besides?please help?

:burnout: :cuss: :loser: putting 2.8,belt,plugs,ported charger on car once i dyno do yall think im going to need a kenne bell boost a pump and maf extender or stayn like this ,would it be safe?already have 95mm maf housing,cai,catxpipe,bassani cab.im from south ms. where it is pretty hott year round want to basically be safe running at night,car is a weekend ride only.if i just do the 2.8 and predator ,till i can get to a dyno is that factory pulley diablo tune ok ,it says 12-14psi and later put the charger on and get a custom tune.or can anybody help me with a tune for this setup????????
