What do these codes mean?

My check engine light is on so i had it read, these are the two i did not understand:

DTC P0122
TPS/Pedal Position
Sensor A
Circuit Low Input

DTC P1151
H02S Band 2 Sen 1
Insuff. Switching
Lean Mean

If anybody knows what this means please tell me.

the po122 means the computer isnt reading enough voltage from the throttle position sensor, most likely a bad tps, the p1151 means that the upstream, or the one nearest the exhaust manifold, oxygen sensor on the drivers side is reading a lean condition, most likely a vacuum leak or exhaust leak on the drivers side, or a bad o2 sensor, also check to make sure all grounds are making good contact

p1151 - either an exhaust leak or bad O2. my car pops up with that code all the time!

werd, well i cleaned all the contact points with that electronic cleaner stuff and the car runs a little better. i have a new tps so i'll change that out sunday and see if there's a difference.
