I miss playing cards with my grandparents in their high-rise beachfront condo in Daytona Beach.
I miss my time being in the Navy and being out to sea and just watching sunsets in the Indian Ocean. Had a port of leave in Diego Garcia.I miss my first unit I got into (RTT) in the Marines. Best job all of us ever had. We'd go to work for 2 weeks at a time and during that time we slept, ate, worked out, and watched movies and played video games whenever we wanted and we were in charge of ourselves for the most part. All we had to do was train every day which was never easy but we were the best at what we did. It was some of the best times and the best job.
That's a powerful miss.Miss my mystichrome terminator
When I was in my 30s I played tackle football on a rainy day in a wonderful park and when it was over could not turn my head to the left for five days.I miss being able to play pickup football or basketball and then feeling fine the next day. If I do that now, I'm basically immobile for like 48 hours afterwards.

There are ways to get in touch with him.I miss my best friend. He joined the Air Force, and now has a wonderful life living in Japan. We had some great times together. I haven’t seen him in years and have no way to get in contact with him.
I was stationed in Bremerton, WA and spent some great times in the Olympic mountains. Beautiful place.
My only complaint was that I lived 10 miles across the water from Seattle but it took an hour by car or ferry to get there.I was at Bangor, obviously. Not far from each other.
