I have some Metco 100mm idlers that I was going to use to replace my stock ones and they will not fit under the pulley cover (which I would like to keep). They are too wide. Do the Billetflow idlers fit under it? If not, do any after market idlers fit? Thanks

I don't know of any idlers that fit under the pulley cover. You can however modify the cover to get it to fit which involves cutting the cover where the pulley is mounted to make it fit.

I am talking about idlers pulleys. I originally bought Metco idlers, but they are also made to fit a 10 rib belt and could not squeeze behind the pulley cover.

Went to a Ford dealer car show today and out of 6 Terminators there 1 was factory stock with the cover; the dealer owned it!
