What is needed for a supercharger swap?

As the tittle says I am looking for some help gathering all the parts needed to swap a HD SC system into my 97 f150 with a 5.4 triton V8. The tuck barely has 63k miles and I have located most of the stuff I need such as the SC unit itself and the front cover as we'll. :banana:

So I am asking for the little things I will run into that most people will most forget? I know some one who can do the work but I would rather do it as a project. Thanks guys.

SC, Intercooler and lines, mid plate, lower intake, pulley bridge, lower pulley/crank, heat exchanger and lines, HE pump, intercooler tank, Lightning or SC HD ECU, get the wiring harness anyways due to the IAT1 and 2 and such, Dual fuel pump setup. All i can think of at the moment.

and start saving for a new engine/trans just in case. i'm sure you dont like reading that but it wont be long before you want to put more boost in her im sure.
