What is the fix for 2nd gear lock out?!?

Do you have LT's? Read on there sight there might be some possible fitment issues for guys running LT's.

They are pretty clear on their site on fitment with LT's and have provisions for it. I have Kooks and I have TONS of clearance

Do you pick up more NVH using the CHE K member brace with TQ limiters compared to stock?

Yes. Between the Barton shifter & the K member brace, very noticeable increase.

I noticed more noise with just the Barton shifter, even before the K member brace..

I like some NVH when it’s something like mild mechanical noises like shifters.
Gear whine, not so much.
I know it’s an extreme fix, but my Magnum XL with stock like ratios (2.66 first/0.50 sixth) and direct mount shifter is awesome.
I think the stock TR6060 with a quality rebuild featuring the best synchros and shift forks, plus an improved shifter and a CHE brace will be about the same.
However, do the math:
2.66 Magnum XL and CF shaft (about $1000) and selling the stock trans/CF shaft as a complete assembly to ‘05-14 GT/Boss guys is really about close to paying for a 6060 rebuild, shifter and brace.
I rip off shifts in my XL with the included shifter, and honestly have yet to miss one shift yet.
