What is the hood made of?

The hood and trunk lid, what are they made of? Is that fiberglass? Or plastic?

"The hood and the rear deck lid are made of lightweight composite material"

Does that mean plastic?

For a low volume item like our hoods & lids, the tooling for a unique part is cheaper for SMC than for sheet metal dies.

That makes sense. So what about people with the spoiler delete, isn't that just a regular mustang trunk? Is it still fiberglass?
